What happens in a therapy session?

Every therapy session looks different. Usually we may talk about current challenges or struggles you may be facing for a long time, or discuss your previous week. We may explore feelings, experiences, and thoughts behind whatever you bring to the session and your associations with the same. There is less behaviour change related work, and more explorative, insight and meaning oriented work.

I have a Masters in Clinical Psychology from MIT-WPU.

Trainings and Certifications -
1) Trauma Informed Psychosocial Care from Delhi University.
2) Mindfulness Based Active Listening Training for suicide prevention from Connecting NGO.
3) Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from Lost&Found Psychotherapy.

My fees per session are Rs. 1000 for Indian Residents
and Rs. 1500 for Indians residing anywhere outside India.

Every session is 50 minutes long, not more than that.

(Longer sessions are charged extra)

There is no one right answer for this. Some clients are in therapy for 6 months, some for a year, some for more, some like to continue sessions even after their initial concerns get "resolved". Therapy with me is long-term and depth-oriented.
